   Buried domestic sewage treatment Technology refers to the sewage treatment technology in which the main structures of sewage treatment facilities are buried underground or semi underground. It has the characteristics of small climate, low noise, high efficiency, low noise management. Based on the research results of domestic scholars on buried sewage treatment technology, this paper systematically introduces the characteristics and classification of buried sewage treatment technology.

The buried sewage treatment equipment is a kind of modular sewage biological treatment equipment. It is a sewage biological treatment system with biofilm as the main purification body. It gives full play to the characteristics of anaerobic biofilter, contact oxidation bed and other biofilm reactors with high biological density, strong pollution resistance, low power consumption, stable operation and convenient maintenance.
 

Principle of buried domestic sewage treatment and anaerobic biofilter

1. Filtration function: the filler intercepts and filters the large particles and suspended solids in the influent water

2. Hydrolysis: anaerobic microorganisms can hydrolyze insoluble substances of macromolecules into soluble substances of small molecules

3. Absorption: anaerobic microorganisms absorb and absorb organic pollutants in water, part of which is used for their own growth and reproduction, and the other part is sealed by U-shaped water in the form of biogas

4. Denitrification: the denitrifying bacteria in the anaerobic microorganism can use the nitrate nitrogen in the return water and convert it into nitrogen to remove the nitrogen material in the sewage. The concentration of suspended solids, organic pollutants and nitrogen were reduced after the treatment of rural sewage by anaerobic filter, and the load of subsequent contact oxidation bed was also reduced.

Characteristics of buried sewage treatment

1. It is buried under the ground surface, and the surface above the equipment can be used for greening or other land, without building houses, heating and heat preservation.

2. The two-stage biological contact oxidation process adopts push flow biological contact oxidation, and its treatment effect is better than that of complete mixing type or two-stage series connection complete mixing type biological contact oxidation tank. Compared with activated sludge tank, it has small volume, strong adaptability to water quality, good shock load resistance, stable effluent quality and no sludge bulking. The new elastic three-dimensional packing is used in the tank, which has large specific surface area, and the microorganism is easy to form and remove the film. Under the same organic load condition, the removal rate of organic matter is high, and the oxygen solubility in the air can be improved.

3. The biological contact oxidation method is adopted in the biochemical tank, the volume load of the filler is relatively low, the microorganism is in its own oxidation stage, and the sludge production is small. It only takes more than three months (90 days) to discharge the sludge (pumped by a manure truck or dehydrated into mud cake for external transportation).

In addition, the high-altitude deodorization equipment is used to remove the odor.

5. The whole equipment processing system is equipped with automatic electrical control system and equipment fault alarm system, which is safe and reliable. Generally, no special person is required to manage the equipment, and only timely maintenance and repair is needed.

Disadvantages of buried sewage treatment

1. It is not conducive to maintenance. After equipment failure, it is not convenient to repair and replace, which is usually bothered by the owner.

2. Poor adaptability to the environment, antifreeze in winter and flood control in summer. The North needs to be buried deeper and insulated.
