   Electrolytic air flotation machine A new technology for wastewater treatment by electrolysis is mainly reflected in its unique electrolyzer. It uses electrochemical method to remove solid particles, oil pollution wastewater treatment unit operation method. The principle of floating is that hydrogen is produced by electrolyzing water, and colloidal particles in wastewater are carried by oxygen and chlorine gas (when chlorine ion is present), and oil floats together to achieve the purpose of separation and evolution.

The electrolytic air flotation reactor consists of a shell, a main electrode and an auxiliary electrode. The shell is of a three-dimensional square structure. The left and right sides of the upper end of the shell are respectively provided with a left boss and a right boss. The upper end of the right boss is fixedly provided with a partition board, which divides the shell into two non circulating spaces. A water inlet is arranged on the lower end surface of the shell, and the main electrode is arranged at the lower end of the inner wall of the shell It is located next to the water inlet. The main electrode floats suspended solids and other small impurities through the action of small bubbles generated by the anode and cathode plates. There are many * bolt holes around the main electrode. The shell and the main electrode are fixed and connected through the bolts in the bolt holes. The auxiliary electrode is set on the inner wall of the upper end of the shell. The auxiliary electrode decomposes part of the organic matter into carbon dioxide and water, A plurality of second bolt holes are arranged around the auxiliary electrode, and the shell and the auxiliary electrode are fixedly connected through the bolts in the second bolt hole. A plurality of folded plates are arranged in the cavity at the left end of the shell, and the folded plates separate the waste water and suspended solids. A baffle plate is arranged on the left convex platform, a slag outlet is arranged on the left convex platform and on the left side of the baffle plate, and a water outlet is arranged on the right convex platform and on the right side of the baffle plate. A through hole is arranged at the lower end of the partition board, and a telescopic pipe is inserted into the through hole.

It has been used in electroplating wastewater and chemical industry. Wastewater treatment including wastewater, dye wastewater, papermaking wastewater, leather wastewater, biochemical wastewater and pharmaceutical wastewater, and electrochemical synthesis of water treatment agents.

Compared with the common pressurized dissolved air flotation machine, the electrolytic air flotation machine has the following characteristics.

1. The bubble produced by electrolysis is about 8-15um, which has a large contact area with impurities in wastewater, and has strong adsorption capacity with flocs. By adjusting the current, electrode material, pH value and temperature, the gas production and bubble size can be changed to meet various needs.

2. There will be intermediate products in the anode process, which have a certain oxidation effect on organic matters. In the presence of chloride ions, chlorine produced by anode has oxidation effect, and hypochlorite generated by chlorine decomposition also has oxidation effect, so it can degrade organic matter in water.

3. The process unit is compact and the station area is small.

Insoluble electrodes are usually used in electrolytic air flotation process, such as stainless steel, graphite, lead dioxide, metal oxide, titanium based electrode, etc. Usually, the electrolytic cell is installed at the bottom of the water treatment tank, and the water flows slowly through the electrolytic cell, and the suspended solids of bubble fish are absorbed after contacting to achieve the purpose of separation. The results show that the excess voltage obeys the taffel empirical formula, that is, η = α β ī. Choosing medium and low overpotential materials as electrodes can improve hydrogen evolution rate and reduce power consumption.

The process of electrolytic gas evolution includes three stages: bubble formation, growth and gas separation. Because of the micro inhomogeneity of the electrode surface and the gas dissolution, supersaturation and diffusion, the granulation process is very complicated. The bubble growth process includes the coalescence of bubbles on the electrode surface, the coalescence of small bubbles around the electrode with medium bubbles as the center and bubbling slip coalescence. The critical size of bubble separation is related to electrolysis industry conditions and electrode surface state.
