   Livestock wastewater There are many kinds of water treatment technologies. Now we introduce a practical water treatment technology - "treatment of pig manure" solid-liquid separation + air flotation + anaerobic ABR + aerobic process.

The rapid development of large-scale and intensive breeding of livestock and poultry not only brings huge economic benefits, but also causes a series of environmental problems. The main characteristics of the livestock wastewater are high concentration of bacteria, high concentration of organic phosphorus and suspended organic matter. If these pollutants are not properly treated, once they enter the natural water body and farmland, they will pollute the water body and farmland.

At present, the traditional anaerobic + aerobic biochemical treatment method is generally used for the treatment of aquaculture manure, and there is no fixed treatment process. The most commonly used process is anaerobic digestion + aerobic SBR ", but there are some problems in this process, such as high construction cost, complex automatic control, difficult operation, poor biodegradability of anaerobic effluent, easy floating of sludge and difficulty in reaching the standard. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study a low cost and convenient operation process for livestock and poultry breeding.

Technological process of livestock and poultry breeding wastewater

Livestock and poultry breeding wastewater has the following characteristics: large displacement, concentration, strong hydraulic impact load; high concentration of organic matter, fast hydrolysis and acidification, good sedimentation performance; sewage is often accompanied with disinfection water, heavy metals, residual veterinary drugs and various zoonotic pathogens and other pollutants.

There are 1400 sows in a pollution-free pig farm. The treatment method of pig manure in the farm is blister manure process, and the discharge cycle of blister manure is 7 ~ 10 days. The monitoring data for 5 consecutive days showed that the average fecal pollution, COD Cr, BOD 5, SS, NH3-N and TP were 250 ~ 300m / D, 6000 ~ 9000mg / L, 2500 ~ 4200mg / L, 8000 ~ 27ooomg / L, 500 ~ 950mg / L and 9 ~ 15mg / L, respectively. Based on the analysis of the main pollutants and the actual situation of the pig farm, the combined process of "solid-liquid separation + air flotation + anaerobic ABR + double-sided diversion (aerobic)" was adopted to treat the pig manure. The specific process is shown in Figure 1.

As can be seen from Figure 1, the sewage flows into the mechanical grid channel to remove feces and large impurities larger than 2cm, and then it enters the water collecting tank, which is lifted to a 120 mesh solid-liquid separator for solid-liquid separation by lifting pump. On this basis, most of the suspended solids are removed. The fecal residue enters the slag pool, and the fecal liquid enters the regulating tank to uniform water quality and quantity. The lifting pump is used to lift the fecal liquid of the regulating tank to flocculation In the reaction tank, polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide are added for flocculation, and then flow into the air flotation machine for separation. More than 98% of the suspended solids, more than 50% of the CODcr and more than 35% of the NH3-N are removed. After the treatment of the air flotation machine, the suspended solids enter the sludge thickening tank, and the sewage flows into the hydrolysis acidification tank and anaerobic ABR tank by gravity. After anaerobic treatment, the sewage flows into the aerobic two-sided diversion tank After oxygen treatment, the aerobic effluent is discharged after adding disinfectant.
 

Key process of livestock and poultry wastewater

The 120 mesh solid-liquid separator is the primary key point in the operation cost control of the whole process. The removal of suspended solids is related to the dosage of flocculating agent and the amount of sludge treated by the subsequent horizontal screw centrifuge. The suspended solids in the influent of anaerobic ABR tank directly affect the anaerobic treatment effect. The amount of aerobic sludge and dissolved oxygen in aerobic two-sided diversion tank directly affect the removal capacity of ammonia nitrogen.
